Petrovac (also called Petrovac on Sea) is small and quiet town planted into the delightful Mediterranean greenery. Being in the shadow of its bigger sister Budva for years, today when it has been discovered by European visitors Pertovac become exceptionally attractive place. The properties in Petrovac are valued the same as properties along central Budva riviera, often even more. The reason being Petrovac is very calm, small place with abundance of Mediterranean fragrance while the Budva can seem a bit rushed nowadays.
