His hands moved down, settling on her waist. His voice softened, his eyes becoming even more tender as he pressed his face against hers, nuzzling gently. "You're good," he whispered, "you know I don't like it when you call me that."

Xu Yixue listened to this and laughed quite innocently, "What, can't you call me like this during work hours?"

"Yes." Gu Xi Cheng kissed her cheek, confirming without hesitation.

Upon hearing this, Xu Yixue puffed out her cheeks and wore a troubled expression. "I don't want to be seen as a vixen trying to seduce my boss."

Gu Xicheng's eyes, as dark as ink, gazed at her intently. Hearing what she said about the vixen, his brows furrowed in displeasure.
